INITIAL SET UP We can advise on equipping your property and liaising with the utility companies As and when required
FURNISHINGS AND FITTINGS We can assist with the purchase and delivery of household items. As and when required.
UPGRADING AND RENOVATIONS We will inspect your property and arrange repairs or renovations if required. As and when required.
FISCAL REPRESENTATION We can act as your fiscal representative for all bureaucratic issues. As and when required.
ACCOUNTANCY Our accountant can work with you to ensure that all monies are correctly notated and liabilities are properly discharged. As and when required.
MAILBOX All mail can be collected at your property or directed to our office and dealt with on your behalf and with your full agreement. Daily.
KEYHOLDING All property keys will be held completely securely. We will accompany all tradesmen. As and when required.
INVENTORY A full inventory will be carried out of all indoor and outdoor areas. All furnishings, equipment and all household items will be included. Once a year and after each rental period.
MONTHLY REPORT Following each weekly inspection a monthly report will be compiled and sent by email, fax or post. Monthly.
