Based in Alvor we can cover the local area as well as Portimão, Praia da Rocha, Praia do Vau, Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Lagoa and further locations as required.
Our intention is to take the concerns out of owning abroad and to maximise the potential of your investment here in the Western Algarve. For the new owner we can advise and cooperate with the purchase and delivery of all furnishings and equipment so that your home here is welcoming, well equipped and comfortable. For the established owner we can help with upgrading, renovations and refurbishment.
The rental market is well established and your property, if correctly managed, can yield a very favourable return. We can arrange to rent your property on your behalf, ensuring that it is presented and operated to our highest standards. If, however you prefer to keep your property exclusively for your own use we will ensure it is well maintained, clean and fully ventilated in your absence ready for occupation as soon as you arrive. Depending on the season we can have the heating and air conditioning arranged as necessary.
We can also offer legal, accounting, fiscal and utility liaison services and ensure validation and payment of all bills.
Weekly inspections will cover items such as an inventory of equipment and furnishings, security, cleanliness, ventilation and operational checks of electrical, water and gas services. Monthly reports will be available via e-mail, fax or post according to your requirements. We can introduce insurance cover with "Intasure".
