PROPERTY SERVICES

Cleaning, laundry, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, meet and greet, welcome packs, inventory checks, operational and security checks. All ad hoc repairs will be carried out by reputable tradesmen and a call out service is also available. Repairs will be fully agreed with you prior to being carried out and all work will be checked and verified.

We can provide cots, highchairs and any other equipment as necessary.

CLEANING/LAUNDRY We will clean your property before, during and after each occupancy. Additional cleaning during vacant periods can be arranged. As and when required.
POOL/GARDEN MAINTENANCE Your pool and garden area will be maintained to a high standard by skilled tradesmen. As and when required.
MEET AND GREET SERVICE We will arrange to meet and greet your guests at your property and familiarise them with the property and the local area. Every occupancy.
WELCOME GROCERY PACKS We will provide a welcome grocery pack with the basic essentials required on your guest's arrival. Every occupancy.
OPERATIONAL CHECKS We will test all equipment and household appliances before and after occupancy. Every occupancy.
SECURITY CHECKS During periods of non-occupancy we will visit on a random basis. By arrangement.
REPAIRS/CALL OUT SERVICES All repairs will be fully agreed with you prior to being carried out by reputable tradesmen. A call out service is also available. As and when required.
COT AND HIGHCHAIR HIRE We can provide cots and highchairs. As and when required.
